Register as an exhibitor

We warmly welcome non-profit organizations and projects to contribute as an exhibitor during the Swedish Biodiversity Symposium 21-23 October 2025.

Practical information

Register your interest to participate as an exhibitor by sending an e-mail to: SBS2025@gu.se

Exhibition fee: 11 000 SEK

The fee includes:

  • Exhibition space, approximately 3 m2, in the exhibition area where lunch and coffee breaks take place.
  • 1 table (1.2*0.6 m) with a weight capacity of approximately 60 kg, table cloth if desired, chair, electricity, and wi-fi. The table can also be replaced with a standing table with a cover.
  • 1 free participant registration, including coffee and lunch. Additional participants register at regular cost at the website https://swedishbiodiversitysymposium.se/en.

Terms and conditions

  • Registration is binding. In case of cancellation after the 1 August, 100% of the registration fee will be charged.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing to SBS2025@gu.se
  • All prices are excluding VAT.
  • Registration deadline: 18 August 2025.
