Collaborative Efforts for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services: A Pledge in Action

This session focuses on the recent memorandum of understanding for biodiversity and ecosystem services signed by several large companies, Gothenburg City, and coordinated by Gothenburg University. The session aims to highlight the significance of the memorandum and its expected impact on biodiversity and ecosystem services, discuss the roles and responsibilities of the signatories in implementing the memorandum, share best practices and success stories from the participating organizations, and to facilitate networking and collaboration among participants to foster further commitments and actions. The session will feature invited speakers from the signatory organizations and other experts in the field.
