Call for abstracts
Here you can submit abstracts for the different sessions.
The programme indicates which sessions are accepting abstracts. Click on each session for more detailed information. For some sessions you can also submit an abstract for a poster session.
Important Dates
- 15 May 2025 (23:59 CET): Deadline for abstract submission.
- 16 June 2025 (preliminary date): Decision regarding the abstract.
Submission deadlines and general policies
- All abstracts must arrive 15 May 2025 at 23:59 CET at the latest.
- Abstracts should be limited to 200 words, 3-5 keywords, written in the language of the session and follow the abstract template.
- Upload your abstract as a Word file.
- If you select both oral and poster presentation we will interpret it as if you primarily would like an oral presentation, and in case your abstract is not accepted for an oral presentation you would like to have a poster presentation.
- The person submitting an abstract will also be presenting the work. Therefore, abstracts should only be submitted by those who plans to attend the Swedish Biodiversity Symposium.
- It is advised that person submitting an abstract also register for the event when submitting the abstract due to the constrained number of participants at the symposium.
